Recent low temperatures with plants frozen for over a week has resulted in the loss of some early flower buds. This may reduce the flowering capabilities of some young plants for the first season but will not adversely affect their establishment or flowering next year. Also some plants have been slow to root out over winter, so when planting carefully remove from the pots to avoid disturbing the roots.
